Spirit of Life

Updated: Nov 27

Spirit of Life is a 2017 15.3+h OTTB filly. Forget the red mare stereotype, this gal wants to rest her head in your arms and be fed peppermints. Track life wasn’t for this filly and after six career starts, her racing connections listened and retired her. This lovely filly is bred for sport, by Tapiture who is known for throwing great minds and athleticism, out of a Scat Daddy mare. Conformationally she is a lovely sporty package and could go in any direction. Undersaddle she is very quiet and laid back, very willing to do whatever is asked for her. She is a slight kick ride and is very ammy friendly. No naughty or silly behavior under tack. I sent her through the jump chute and she immediately figured out what was being asked her. She was brave but very careful, not wanting to touch the poles. This filly is extremely smart and tries her hardest. She is sound with no vices. This is a very suitable mount for an ammy or junior. Located in Flushing Michigan. Mid four figures.
