Foolish Actions

Foolish Actions is a 2017 16.1h OTTB gelding. This handsome dude is the full brother to Mima's Miracle and was also breeder owned, broke, and galloped at the track by his breeder. Everytime I sit on a Freud baby I further my love for this line. They have the perfect blend of athleticism, smarts, and temperament to make them such enjoyable horses to have in the barn. Shorty has been started correctly and is extremely straightforward. He is the type of horse that comes out looking to please and always gives 110%. You can expect Shorty to come out each day starting where you left off on the previous ride. He has three fantastic gaits with a canter you could ride all day. I haven't met a Freud offspring that couldn't jump, and Shorty is no exception to that rule. He has a super nice jump and was very quick to figure out how to adjust his stride while going through the jump chute. He's just like his sister, pricks his ears when he sees the jump, adjusts his stride, and has lovely tidy knees. Shorty is very brave and sensible, the type to lower his head and try to problem solve when encountering something new. You can hop on and walk on a loose rein to go out hacking or to the arena. I cannot stress enough the great start these horses have been given, and how easyily they transition into sporthorses because of it. The eagerness to please coupled with his bravery and athleticism, makes him a wonderful event prospect. His rideability and quiet demeanor lend him to also being sensible and straighforward enough to succeed in the hunter jumper world. He is junior and amateur friendly, but like all horses lightly restarted off the track, I encourage them to be in a program to further their education.
